The Brief
Bank of India marked 118 years in business with an intimate stakeholder dinner bringing together key partners, clients, industry stakeholders and members of the Bank’s wider network.
The evening was designed to be more than a celebration. It was an opportunity to reflect on the institution’s heritage, acknowledge the relationships that have contributed to its journey, and look ahead to the future.
Our scope covered event décor and event coordination, from the visual treatment of the space through to the on-ground management of the guest experience.
The Concept
For such a significat milestone as 118 years in business, we focused on creating an environment that felt polished, warm and appropriate for a stakeholder audience.
The design language was built around: Corporate, Brand-aligned details. The setting allowed the significance of the occasion to take centre stage while giving guests an environment to connect.
Our Role
Event Décor
Developed and executed the event's visual environment, ensuring the décor complemented the occasion, venue and Bank of India's corporate identity.
Event Coordination
From styling details to guest arrival, our focus was on making sure the client concentrated on hosting while we focused on the behind the scenes.
Guest Experience
The environment needs to be comfortable enough for networking and relationship building. Every design decision was made with the guest experience in mind.
