The Brief

Faith and Tim entrusted Lou Mahz with full-service wedding planning, placing us at the heart of their journey from the initial planning stages through to the wedding day. Our role was to help manage the many moving parts behind the celebration, and ensure that the it all came together. From coordinating the various elements of the wedding to overseeing the execution on the day, our focus was on making the planning process feel organized, guided and manageable.

The Concept

A lakeside wedding offers something special: a setting that doesn’t compete with its surroundings. The lake at Naiposha and the surrounding gardens provided a distinctive backdrop. Our planning approach centered on ensuring we delivered the experience the couple wanted to create for their invited guests. Rather than treating the venue as simply a location, we considered how the surroundings, guest experience, event arrangements, and overall flow would come together to shape the day.

For Faith and Tim, Lou Mahz managed the wedding planning process from start to finish, bringing structure. Planning a wedding involves hundreds of decisions and conversations. We were their dedicated partner who helped guide the process, manage the details, and oversee their journey towards their big day.
