The Brief

For Shree and Rishi, five days brought together a beautiful series of celebrations, each with its own significance. Lou Mahz was entrusted with the planning and coordination of multiple events, to ensure that each event received the attention it deserved while maintaining a seamless experience across the entire celebration. Our scope covered the Sangeet, both Mandvos, the Pithi, the wedding ceremony, and the reception.

Our goal was simple: to give the couples families the freedom to be fully present in the moment, knowing that the details were in capable hands.

The Concept

A multi-day wedding is a mix of traditions, connections, and rituals. Each event carries its own meaning, and the experience lies in allowing every occasion to shine in its own right. For Shree and Rishi, our approach centred on bringing together the different celebrations into one thoughtfully coordinated journey.

Our planning approach focused on:

Our Role

Wedding Planning & Event Coordination

Six celebrations over five days require more than a good schedule. They require thorough planning, clear communication, careful coordination, and the ability to keep every moving part working together. Our role was to manage the planning and coordination requirements across each celebrations, ensuring that the individual events came together as intended.

Sangeet

Set the tone for the festivities, creating an opportunity for guests to connect, celebrate, and share the anticipation of the days ahead.

Mandvo & Pithi

We covered the arrangements required for both occasions, ensuring they were organised with consideration for traditions, schedules, and participating members.

Wedding & Reception

Our focus was on managing all the moving parts behind the scenes, coordinating the event schedule, the requirements and the relevant stakeholders.
